Rolfing & Sensory Awareness

I find that Rolfing and the practice of Sensory Awareness work seamlessly together as a whole body-mind approach to healthy living. While Rolfing is hands on work designed to bring the body towards its intended architectural design;  the practice of Sensory Awareness works from the inside out; encouraging us to find our own resources; our own internal map for overall balance and fullness of being.

Rolfing is a method of bringing the body towards its intended architectural design by slowly and gently reshaping itsconnective tissue network which is continuous from head to toe.

Sensory Awareness
The practice of Sensory Awareness helps us to embody more deeply the living somatic realities of life such as gravity, breathing, balance, energy and movement.
